We have been talking about our Queen.
Her name is Elizabeth.
We have been talking about her Diamond Jubilee.
This is when we celebrate 60 years of The Queen's reign.
The Diamond Jubilee celebrations will be around the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th June.
Queen Elizabeth came to the throne on 6th February 1952 and her coronation took place on 2 June 1953.
The coronation is where we celebrated her becoming the Queen.
She celebrated her Silver Jubilee (25 years) in 1977 and her Golden Jubilee (50 years) in 2002.

I am going to a Jubilee party. They are going to close the street and have a big party.
I think the queen looked really pretty. I think the Queens tiara looked really nice with all of the diamonds on! The queens dress looked pretty because it is was so long!!!!
I love the Queen because she is beautiful. She lives at Buckingham Palace.
