Pentecost

We have been learning about Pentecost.

We listened and talked about when Jesus went back to heaven.

He said he was going to leave his friends a gift.

We talked about what we thought it was going to be.

 We talked about how they would have been feeling when they felt the strong wind.

We talked to our partners about how we would have felt. We used words like anxious, shocked, surprised, worried, scared, frightened and excited.

We talked about what they saw. We talked about how we would be feeling if we had fire on our shoulders.

We talked about how they were filled with the Holy Spirit.

We talked about them being able to speak in different languages.

We felt a strong wind!
