Animal Homes

 We have been learning how to design.

We wanted to make a home for an animal.

We thought about the shape the home would be.

We thought about what they might eat and where we would keep it.

We thought about what our animal would drink.

We thought about what our animal might play with.

We thought about where our animal would sleep.

We had a go at labelling our design.

The following week we looked at our design.

We said whether we liked our design or whether there was something we would change. Samuel wanted to change his design because he did not like what he had drawn.

We decided what materials were going to use and why. Some children decided to use play dough, some used connex, some childrn wanted to use straws. Here are a few of the models that were made.
